Baby Monkey!

Monkey updates. I will be going thru and doing an update on every one. (I hope)
I am a slacker! Here we are with Lil’ Monkey at 2 ½ mo. old. He has been so much fun! The kids love playing with him and trying to make him smile. All of them are so much help keeping him happy when I am busy.
He was blessed September 5th by his daddy. Then we went over to the temple to take his blessing pics. He is such a sweet baby we are so blessed to have him in our family!

He is doing great. Getting to big to fast! He has doubled his birth weight in 2 mo. at his checkup Sep 23rd we was 11lb. 15oz. and 23in long. He is already in 3-6mo clothes.

Unlike all of the others, he has lots of long dark hair that is staying. He is over 2 mo and has not lost any, he actually has gotten more. I guess that is what happens you have 6 people to hold you when ever you want. Despite being held a lot he is really strong! He can almost push all the way up to his hands when he has tummy time. I tried to get a pic of it but he would not do it when I had the camera the little stinker. =) He is also a great sleeper! He goes to bed with the others between 8 and 9 and sleeps till 4. Wakes up to eat then goes back to sleep till 7 or 8. If I am smart I can get lots of sleep. I love it! He is such a Fun Sweet Monkey! " I LOVE YOU!"

It has finally happened,

Our fifth little monkey has arrived. He was born on Friday the 23th of July at 11:48 PM. He was 6lb 1oz and 19 1/2 in. long. There are many fights at our house over who gets to hold the baby. Everyone loves him so much and we are so happy that he is here. There are more pics to come so look again soon.

Baby Bump!

I had the opportunity this past weekend to have the most Wonderful, Awesome, and Sweetest person take some baby bump pics for me. This may or may not be the last time I get pregnant. (We have been done in the past and then had the strong feeling we were not done....) I want to be able to look back in 20 years and remember how fun this pregnancy was. And how exited all of the kids were for a new member to come in to our family. plus they are so fun!!

There are more. But there are to many to put on my blog. There are more bare belly pics and they turned out so cute I love them all!! I am so thankful to know such a sweet and talented person! She was able to make me look beautiful even when I don't feel very beautiful with 2 1/2 weeks to go. Thank you Sharee!!!

Baby update

Just about 10 weeks left and all of my restrictions have been lifted!!!!! You never know how much you love having a vacuumed house till you are told you are not aloud to do it. But now I love having a nice clean floor!! And I can clean my bathrooms!! The baby is growing very well, but he dose not like doctors to listen to his heart. He rolls all over my belly when every they try. The placenta has moved away from the opening and everything is back to a normal pregnancy. I am measuring right on where I should, but you can’t tell by looking at me. Our next adventure is summer brake. And getting ready for our new baby! We are so thankful for so many great blessings!!

Sometimes all someone needs is a simple hug to remind them that the Savior dose loves them, and there prayers are being heard………

Baby News

I am half way there! At 20 weeks the count down begins, along with the count up, of my weight. As of my last visit to the doc. I have gained 5 pounds. that's all and if you didn't know me you could not even tell I am pregnant. The baby is sitting so far in to my back it hurts!!
It has been fun to feel the little squirmier wiggle and move! All of the kids have been able to feel the baby move. It is so fun to see there faces light up and laugh when they feel the baby nudge them.
I have been feeling better this is still the hardest pregnancy yet, but also the funnest the kids love there baby brother so much already! And yes I did say brother. Contrary to my beliefs it is a boy! He was definitely more than willing to let us know. So bring on the blues, greens and the monkeys!!

Lady Bugs's Big Day

My baby is 8 years old! I can not believe the day came so fast! She is amazing! She is so smart, she loves crafts, playing with anyone who will play with her and, she loves to make people laugh. I don't know what I would do without her!

Bug was Baptised by her Daddy. She was so exited!!! She had never gone under water before. (she was to scared) So we had a wonderful friend who let us use her indoor pool so Bug could practice. The day of the baptism she was Way more exited then scared she wanted to be baptised so bad! It was so sweet! The evening was full of the sweet spirit! My baby looked like an angle! I am so proud of her and thankful for the choices she has made! She is such a wonderful example to her brothers and sister!

The confirmation and blessing were so beautiful that next morning! Bug got up to share her testimony which was beautiful and made me cry. Her daddy also shared his testimony for the first time. It made me so thankful for everything the lord has blessed our family with, and how far we all have come in such a short time. Also that no matter how hard things get, every thing will be OK. We also had the opportunity to hear from Bug's Grandpa (Daddy's dad) and Great Grandpa. It was so fun to hear 4 generations of testimony in one meeting. I am so proud of Bug! I love her so much and I know her Heavenly Father loves her also and is so proud of the choices she is making!

Zeek's B-Day

Zeek is now 5!!!

I love this guy. He is getting so big! For his birthday all he wanted was to go to Applebees and have them sing to him. We went and had ice cream and had them sing. He wasn't to sure about it once they started singing he didn't know what to think. He just sat there with a shocked look on his face. it was so funny! Then we went home and had a BBQ with family and had cup cakes with pink frosting. (he picked the frosting.)

Zeek is so much fun to have around! He is all boy with a sweet side. some of his favorite things to do are playing with friends, riding his bike, playing B-ball (with or without daddy, but much more with.) and playing the wii until he sweats. And he loves to be outside doing anything.

The night before his birthday he was so exited he couldn't sleep. So he came out of bed for water more then he should. every time he would come out my pregnancy hormones would get all worked up and I would want to cry..... My baby boy was getting to big.. On about the fifth or sixth trip for water I grabbed him and held him down and told him he was not aloud to grow up! He then informed me, he would if I wanted him to or not.... He had too. I then tried to make him promise that no matter how old he got he would still kiss his mom on the cheek.. he laughed and said no and tried to get away. So I tickled him more and told him he was not aloud to turn 5 then. after a few min. he went to bed and stayed in bed. After that I would keep teasing him he was not about to be 5 and he would just smile and laugh.. "Moooom" Then two days later he comes up to me very sweet and softly kisses my cheek and just smiles....... (awwww how sweet!)
So now he is aloud to be 5. He is such a sweet and funny little boy! He brings so much sunshine into our lives!

Who is up for round 2?

In the words of the beloved Diego off of Ice Age. "Who's up for round 2?" well we are giving him the same look that Sid and Manny gave him.

Well here we are in round 2 of unemployment. we are very thankful to have had a job through the holidays! The small company that we were working for is slipping and could not handle 4 people, so they went to 3. that leaves us with no job again.

We have just over a year till The Daddy Graduates and we can enter a better field of work, and basically already have a job lined up. But till then we have no idea what we are going to do, or how we are going to pay our bills. We do have faith and know that every thing will be OK but with a baby on the way it is a little... lot scary! Please keep us in your prayers.

New Years Eve

We spent the night hanging out and playing the wii with a Cousin that we don’t see nearly enough now that he has a new family and baby! :)
It was fun to play with the baby and have some girl time while the guys and kids played the wii.



We were up till about 2 am. Zeek crashed about 12:30. he stayed up just long enough to see the new year.



and Princess decided to get in to a fight with the corner of the table and ring in the New Year with a nice shiner!

The others stayed up till we made them go to sleep when we did. It was a fun night!

Better late then never!

Our Christmas was wonderful! The deco was simple. We planed a simple Christmas for the kids….. but with me being so sick with this pregnancy, and nothing working my way, it all snowballed in to a giant wonderful, crazy holiday.

Here are just a few of the highlights.

Santa came to make sure the kids had there rooms were clean. (Thank you Santa and helper!)

The kids got daddy a present that they picked out together and he didn’t know.

Lady bug got her MP3 player she has wanted for the past year.

Princess got the Barbie stiff she asked for.

Zeek got his big remote control truck. A bright yellow hummer.

And Foosa got a cool tunnel and tent set.

And of course my dad had to try it out also!

The best gift there was, I say would have to be what we got my dad.
House shoes with headlights! Now every man I know wants a pair. Thank you Bill Engvall for the idea! (I love Bill and Jeff Foxworthy!)

Christmas was fun and filled with many blessings! Thank you to all of you who shared in making it a very wonderful year!

Announcement!

Well here it is! The kids keep asking me to post about our good news. So here it is. We are expecting a new arrival in August. My due date is 08-09-10. Isn’t that cute! We are so happy! That is just one more blessing in our lives!

Our solution to going privet.

As the New Year approaches we are trying something new. I really didn’t want to go privet. (There are so many that enjoy our blog that have no idea how to create an account to see our blog.) But I felt violated and saw no other way. So after praying about it, reading through the Ensign, and talking it over with the hubby we will stay open but use nicknames. We have removed all past posts and I am trying to fix them so I can repost them. I fill much better about this. As the Christmas spirit fills our home we have lots to post about and now we will still be able to share that with those we love. Thank you all for your love and support as we tried to figure this out. Marry Christmas to all! We love you!!
